Authorized Reseller Policy

We at Meowijuana take great pride in the quality and integrity of our products, and we value the relationship we have with our authorized retailers. To protect the reputation of our brand and ensure that our customers receive authentic products and exceptional service, we have established this Authorized Retailer Policy.

  1. Authorized Retailers: 
    • 1.1. Only retailers who have been approved and authorized by Meowijuana are permitted to sell our products. 
    • 1.2. Authorized retailers must adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of professionalism when representing our products.
  2. Application Process: 
    • 2.1. Prospective retailers interested in becoming an authorized retailer should submit an application to Meowijuana for review. 
    • 2.2. Meowijuana reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. 
  3. Minimum Requirements: 
    • 3.1. Authorized retailers must have a physical retail store with a professional appearance conducive to showcasing our products effectively. 
    • 3.2. Retailers must have knowledgeable staff trained on our products, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers. 
    • 3.3. Retailers must maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand and ensure prompt order fulfillment.
  4. Online Sales: 
    • 4.1. Authorized retailers may sell our products online, but they must comply with the following requirements:
      1. Maintain an official website to showcase our products.
      2. Adhere to minimum advertised pricing (MAP) policies set by Meowijuana. 
    • 4.2. Unauthorized sales on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Sears, Walmart, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
  5. Marketing and Advertising: 
    • 5.1. Authorized retailers are encouraged to promote our products using the marketing materials provided by Meowijuana. 
    • 5.2. Misleading or deceptive advertising practices are strictly prohibited.
  6. Quality Control: 
    • 6.1. Authorized retailers must ensure that all products sold are genuine and in compliance with our quality standards.
  7. Termination of Authorization: 
    • 7.1. Meowijuana reserves the right to terminate the authorized retailer status at any time for non-compliance with this policy. 
    • 7.2. Termination may result in discontinued supply of products, removal of authorized retailer status, and legal action if necessary.

By carrying and selling our products, authorized retailers agree to comply with this policy in its entirety. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the termination of authorization. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy as needed, and any changes will be communicated to authorized retailers in a timely manner.
